  1. Cut the cauliflower into pieces & remove it's centre stem.
  2. Boil water in a pan, add salt, then add cauliflower pieces till are blanched well, then remove it from heat sauce & keep the cauliflower pieces aside & rub pinch of red chilli powder & turmeric powder in the pieces..
  3. Except chopped green chillies, onions, mix all the ingredients mentioned in batter section, & make a thick batter. Take out a small portion from this batter and keep this small portion aside..
  4. In the larger portion, add chopped green chillies, onions, mix well, then add the blanched cauliflower pieces in the batter & mix them well..
  5. Heat oil in a pan, then add the cauliflower pieces one by one & fry them till they turn crispy & golden brown..
  6. Pour the small portion of batter in a polybag, grease a pan with oil then pour the batter as shown below & fry till it turns crispy & keep it on a side of the serving plate.
  7. Add chopped green chillies on the spiral place buffalo coriander leaves, then the Cauliflower popcorns. Serve them hot with tomato sauce or with your favourite dip/ chutney..
