Ingredients of Kurkure Popcorn Chat

1. It's 1 and 1/2 bowl of already Popcorn.
2. You need 1 packet of kurkure.
3. It's 8-10 of Garlic cloves.
4. It's 1 of large size Potato cut in cubes.
5. Prepare 1 of large size Onion nicely chopped.
6. Prepare 1 of green Chilli nicely chopped.
7. Prepare 2 tbsp of fresh corriender leaves chopped.
8. Prepare 3/4 tsp of kashmiri mirch powder.
9. Prepare 1 tsp of chat Masala.
10. You need 1/2 cup of Masala roasted peanuts.
11. You need 1 tsp of Lemon juice.
12. It's 2 tbsp of Masala bhujiya sev.
13. It's to taste of Salt.
14. It's 1 of large size Onion nicely chopped.
15. Prepare As required of Oil for fry.

Kurkure Popcorn Chat step by step

1. Heat oil in kadai and fry garlic cloves, when it's brown and crisp seprate from oil.
2. Now add potato cubes in this hot oil, fry till crisp and light brown in colour when done separate it.
3. Transfer the Kurkure in a bowl, break the large pieces.
4. Now add already prepared popcorn, chopped green chilli, add nicely chopped onion (reserved some).
5. Add fry and crisp potato cubes, add some chopped coriander (reserve some).
6. Add kashmiri mirch powder, chaat masala & masala peanuts.
7. Add few fried garlic, salt & lemon juice.
8. Now mix all and transfer in serving plate.
9. Now add remaining chopped onion & chopped coriander over it, sprinkle some chaat,masala.
10. Add remaining fried garlic, finally add masala bhujia over the top.
11. Now Kurkure Popcorn Chat is ready to serve.
